The use of CNC Machining is to mainly control tools and machines with the help of a computer. The full form of CNC is Computer Numerical Control. - There are much chances if some consumable parts are not working in the machine and those are not either available in the market. This can create issue.
- Also there is a problem of guaranty and warranty on the machine in case of second hand, used machine. There would be a very limited warranty or no warranty. Then in case if it gets spoiled or create troubles in its working, then the repair can take more cost then the buying a new one. Also the repair doesn’t give any confirmation about for how long it will work.
- After purchase support or the customer support from the seller will not be there in case of second hand buying of CNC Machine.
- Also there would be a problem of updates and upgrades as these would not be available to a second hand used machine buyer. With the ongoing continuous changes in time, science and technology, there is a continuous need and demand for upgradation in machineries to increase its durability, cost effectiveness, working and efficiency. - Even if the CNC machine is rebuilt, or opened ones, then remember it is not a new machine. Whether you are buying from a great CNC Machine manufacturer, then also there would be chances of changing of inside parts which can spoil its working in a long term. Every machine, if open ones in its life time due to any reason, will create problems after specific time spans. Even it is repaired, then also there are higher chance that it will create trouble in the future as well.
